IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:

Ways to Order: You can order several ways:
* Online through shopping cart (preferred method) and processed through PayPal Pro Gateway. Very secure with super strong encryption methods. We do NOT retain card information!

* Phone Order (for you technophobes out there!) -All major credit cards are accepted.

* Email Order to orders@strictlyusa.com -All major credit cards.

OPTIONS: When placing an order with Strictly USA, please make sure you have specified product options for particular items, such as COLOR, SIZE, QUANTITY, STYLES, etc. The site will prompt you to do so during the order process, but please be mindful of this as you proceed. Also, if you're not sure about any product options please CONTACT STRICTLY USA and we will answer your question. If we don't know the answer, we will contact the manufacturer directly. All this is to help streamline the order process and minimize returns and exchanges. THANK YOU!

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
Many orders will ship to you directly from the Strictly USA warehouse. Sometimes products are shipped factory direct or "drop shipped" to you straight from the manufacturer. So, if for some reason you don't recognize the sender name or sender is blank, don't worry--it's still an item from Strictly USA. The time frame for receipt of these items will be about the same as if coming from the Strictly USA warehouse. We try to have our name and logo on the packages whenever possible.

Shipping Costs:
In order to avoid headaches and hassles, Strictly USA offers FLAT RATE SHIPPING--ie shipping charges based on purchase amounts.

As you can see--as the dollar amount of your order increases, so will the freight charges. Flat rate shipping generally works out very well. Infrequently, folks pay a bit more, but much more often it seems, we tend to get shorted a bit. It's okay though and we are stoked people love our 100% made in USA merchandise.

This makes things easier and more economical for everyone. Items will be shipped mostly via USPS Priority Mail and sometimes UPS, FedEX or as requested by customer.

There are exceptions to the flat rate rule:
**Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
**Express Shipping (per customer request and addl. charge)
**International orders
**Very small, very heavy, irregular sized items.

**TOWEL SETS: The flat rate shipping does NOT apply to the 1888 Mills towel sets. Shipping charge for the Elite set is $20.00 and for the Deluxe set it's $15.00.

BOTTOM LINE: Our whole goal for shipping is YPWWP! You pay what we pay. We NEVER try to make money off of shipping.

FINALLY, no system is perfect, and sometimes customers get a really out of whack freight charge. If this happens to you, please notify us and we will credit your account via PayPal. You can also use alex@strictlyusa.com Please be sure to include your Order#.

WILL CALL ORDERS: Strictly USA is happy to offer a WILL CALL option for its Denver metro customers ONLY. This will save you shipping charges and you'll get the item(s) faster. NOTE: This offer is limited to stock on hand so please call first--303.523.9939!

RETURN POLICY:

Strictly USA understands that sometimes merchandise needs to be returned for a variety of reasons. If you need to return or exchange something, please email service@strictlyusa.com.
Please include your name, order number and/ or any other information you can provide and the reason for your return. We will then contact you with return instructions.

When applicable, items should be in original packaging with all labels and tags attached. They should be in new/ resell-able condition. No refunds or exchanges on personal care/ personal hygiene items. Full refund or replacement for confirmed manufacturer quality issues. Size exchanges are not a problem provided correct size is in stock. Returns for any other reason than those mentioned above will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

We support the specific manufacturer quality warranty on each item. These typically range from 60 days up to one year.

Sales tax:
There is no sales tax, except for shipments to our valued customers within Colorado. City Of Denver residents will pay a total of 7.72% sales tax on all orders. All other Colorado residents will pay a 4.1% sales tax. I know, I know so many taxes...Hey, I'm just the messenger.

Gift wrap:
We'll leave this up to you. That's one headache we don't need!
