When we set out to design a cutting board, we wanted to address our own frustrations with existing plastic boards. First, we textured the surface to provide better gripping. The texture also hides knife marks so the board looks good for years. Then we added a curved handle to keep the board stable during chopping and aid in transferring your food from board to bowl.

Cutting Board Performs great and looks good

Me again: :-)The Preserve Products kitchen gadgets are very well made. They are very sharp looking too! I got the large red cutting board in case you're interested. I've had the board for over 1 year and it still looks great--marks/ scuffs not too bad. The handle is very useful for scooping peelings and other waste into the bin. Excellent product.
