Strictly USA's customer service was great. I had an issue with an item that was never shipped with my order. I contacted the company after 3 weeks, they were able to ship the item out quickly. I received the item in 2 days and they refunded the shipping cost of the item in 1 day. Communication was great, with quick, direct responses.
