This is a miscellaneous charge page for shipping upgrades, special orders or miscellaneous charges. This is just like a regular item purchase and the checkout procedure is the same. If you've been directed here by a Strictly USA associate, please select the reason for charge and the amount specified by the representative. The special charge is sold in increments of $1, $5, or $10 so if you're shipping option costs an extra $3.00, please choose quantity 3x $1when checking out.
